Named after the habagat, the monsoon wind that brings the rains to the Philippines. A small dish in mother of pearl, for pika pika and canapés, or for the jewellery you set down at the end of the day.
The shell is found and revealed, then shaped by hand by Filipino artisans, whose skills have been passed down through generations and whose time is honoured fairly. Each dish swirls differently, so no two are quite alike.
